Robert Eugene DiPaolo is the founder and managing director of the Fidelis Group, a boutique international legal/business and investment consultancy with an office in São Paulo, Brazil, offering advice to persons and companies interested in investing in or doing business in Brazil. Robert is also of counsel at the corporate law boutique, the Becker Legal Group LLC, with offices in NYC. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas Post Graduate Program - GVLaw in São Paulo. After graduating from University of North Carolina School of Law, Robert worked as a corporate lawyer in New York City for nearly a decade where he specialized in international transactions, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint-ventures, finance and alternative investment management. While in NYC, Robert worked on several Brazil-based transactions, representing both U.S. and Brazilian clients.
